Repository-only records drafting
Controlled-Substance Records Pack
It drafts the record from the rule text pinned to a stated eCFR issue date, and shows the citation beside each field. The cases the rule does not decide are listed by name in the pack, and the agent is told to say so rather than guess.
Verified against 21 CFR 1304.04, 21 CFR 1304.11, 21 CFR 1304.21 and 21 CFR 1301.76 on August 25, 2026 PT.

What it does for you
The job, the record, the moment it is asked for.
You give it the facts. It drafts the biennial inventory, the receipt or dispense log entry, or the theft or loss report. It shows the citation beside each field.
What you get back is a draft the registrant reviews. Every field names the federal paragraph it came from.
When a DEA inspection or a state board audit asks for your inventory and your log, the draft carries its authority beside each field. Some questions the federal rule does not answer. Your state pharmacy board and your state veterinary board are named as out of scope, not answered.
Before you buy
Which Copilot?
This pack installs into GitHub Copilot. You will need Visual Studio Code with the Copilot Chat extension and a Copilot licence from GitHub.
Does your team work in Microsoft 365 or Dynamics 365 Copilot? That is a different product, and this pack does not install there today. It is who we built these for. Tell us about your rollout and we will talk it through.

A drafting aid with a narrow authority.
- Federal receipt citations only. State pharmacy-board and state veterinary-board requirements are outside this pack.
- Drafting only. The registrant decides applicability, reviews the draft, and performs any filing or submission.
- Use de-identified inputs. The pack makes no claim about the host being suitable for patient-identifying or client-identifying records.
- No hosted service, connector, server, external write, or required Heartwood installation.
Where Edukas adds value
What you cannot write yourself in an afternoon.
- A machine pulled in the rule text and pinned it to a stated date. Nobody retyped it, so nobody can have mistyped it.
- The cases the rule does not decide are written down by name, and tested. They are not left to the model.
- The agent is told never to invent a field, and never to act outside the chat. That sits in the files you own. It is not a chat instruction someone can lose.
- The download ships with a signed list of every file and a checker, plus 12 months of updates.
- The Group price covers every location and every person inside your organization. There is no seat count to manage, and no headcount to report.
Built with the Heartwood method: sources pinned to a date, the unanswered cases named, releases signed. Heartwood itself is our separate product, and it is not in this box.
