Book a free AI check-up call

Free. 30 minutes. No sales pitch, and nothing to buy on the call.

We only look at what you hand us.

  • Plain English
  • Cloud or your own servers
  • A written summary you keep

We are a software company. We build our own AI products and run them every day. Four of them are live right now.

  • LedgerLens
  • LifeVault Secure
  • ReelDeck Studio
  • Heartwood Memory

You do not need to know AI. You do not need to buy new software first. You need one honest look at how your work gets done today, and a plain answer about where AI would help. That is what we do.

Find your fit

Not sure which one you need?

I already know what I need

A few short questions, one tap each. You will get one recommendation with its price on the screen, and you can buy without answering any of them.

What kind of work does your organization do?

4 more questions and we will tighten this.

Roughly how many people work there?
Which of these costs your team the most time?
When would you want this in place?
How many people work for your company, and is your industry partially exempt?

Two federal tests decide this and you are the one who can answer them: company size under 29 CFR 1904.1, and whether your establishment sits in one of the partially exempt industry groups listed in appendix A to 29 CFR part 1904 subpart B. The pack names both as cases it does not decide, and neither do we.

One email. We do not add you to a mailing list, and you can reply to it to reach a person.

Which one is you?

This is for you if any of these sound familiar

  • You run a business and you keep hearing about AI, but nobody has told you what to do on Monday morning.
  • You lead a team, and someone above you has asked what your plan for AI is.
  • Your staff spends hours every week on the same emails, calls, texts, and forms.
  • Customers ask questions faster than your team can answer them.
  • You bought an AI tool already and nobody uses it.
  • You want to know whether AI assistants even mention your business when someone asks about your field.

If two or more of those are true, the free call is worth 30 minutes of your day.

Whichever of these is you, the same first step works: the free call, then a written summary. Most people go from there to the AI Readiness Audit.

Who this is for

You do not need to know AI. That is the point.

Most of the people we talk to are not technical. They run a business, or they run a team inside one. They know AI matters and they are tired of guessing. We start where you are, in your words, and we do not make you design the answer.

We already run a ready-made version of this for community and property management teams. If that is your world, you can start there instead. See the community and property management packages

What we help with

Six things we help with

  1. 01

Find where AI helps you first

We look at the jobs your team repeats every week, and we point to the ones AI can take over or speed up. You get a short list, ranked, with a plain write-up of each one you can hand to your team.

  2. 02

    Faster follow-up with customers

Most business is lost in the gap between "they asked" and "we answered." We set up AI to draft the follow-up emails, texts, and call notes. A person on your team approves every one before it goes out, and you get one view showing what is waiting, who owns it, and what has already gone.

  3. 03

An AI check-up of your whole business

We walk through sales, service, billing, scheduling, and hiring, and we mark each one ready, needs work, or not yet. Every mark comes with the reason in plain words, so you can explain it to someone else.

  4. 04

    Can AI assistants find you?

"AI search" is when someone asks an assistant like ChatGPT instead of typing into Google. The assistant answers with a few names. We check whether yours is one of them, and we give you the fix list in the order we would do it.

  5. 05

    Cloud or your own servers

"Cloud" means the AI runs on someone else’s computers, over the internet. "On-prem" is short for on-premises, and it means the AI runs on machines you own, in your building. We tell you which one fits you, what each costs, and who can see your data either way.

  6. 06

Teach your team to use it

A tool nobody uses is money you spent twice. We train your staff, we leave a one-page guide for every job we set up, and we name one person on your side who owns it after we go.

Packages

Pick the one that sounds like you

Most people are not sure which one they need. That is normal, and it is what the free call is for. If a different one fits you better, we will say so.

AI Readiness Audit

Most people start here

$2,500

Find out where AI helps you first, before you spend anything on building.

What you get

  • A kickoff call.
  • Three to five short chats with your staff.
  • A written map of where AI helps in your actual work.
  • A check on whether AI assistants find you and describe you correctly.
  • A cloud-or-your-own-servers recommendation with the reasoning.
  • A ranked list of what to do first, second, and third.
  • A 60-minute readout call.
  • The report is a document you keep and can forward.

How long

About two weeks.

What we do not do at this stage

We do not build anything. We do not change any of your systems. We do not sign anything with a vendor on your behalf.

Worth knowing

If you go ahead with the Sprint within 90 days, the full audit fee comes off that price. So the audit costs you nothing if you decide to build.

What usually comes after

AI Workflow Sprint

$15,000

You already know the job you want handled. We build it and turn it on.

One working AI workflow, live. You get the running system, the code, and an intake template. You get the approval step, where a person signs off before anything goes out. You also get a test set, review calls, a written explanation of how it was built, and a plan for rolling it out.

21 days. You pay in four parts as the work lands: $6K kickoff · $4.5K architecture lock · $3K demo live · $1.5K handoff.

What we need from you: sample data, one person to answer questions, and about an hour a week.

Best fit: teams of about 25 or more, or where one repeated job is clearly costing you real money. Smaller than that, start with the audit.

Managed AI Operations

From $2,500 a month

We keep it running, and we add one thing every month.

A monthly review of everything running. One improvement or new workflow each month. Priority answers. A one-page monthly report you can forward to your boss or your board. We keep watching whether AI assistants find you.

Month to month. Tell us 30 days before your renewal date and it stops. No cancellation fee, and no yearly contract.

  • Essential $2,500
  • Standard $4,000
  • Advanced $6,000
  • Full $8,000

Team Enablement Cohort

$3,500

(add on to anything)

One live half-day session for up to 15 of your people, built on your own work.

A session built around what your team actually does, not slides about AI in general. A written sheet for each role of what to do and what to avoid. A recording you keep for new hires. A 30-minute follow-up two weeks later.

Already decided? Buy the Team Enablement Cohort

Every package is quoted in writing before any work starts, and the first call is free either way. We take on two new clients a month so the work stays hands-on. If we are full, we will say so on the call and give you the next start date.

Want a whole AI team on hand instead of one project? That is Team-in-a-Box. See Team-in-a-Box

How it works

Four steps. No surprises.

  1. Step 1

A free call, about 30 minutes

You tell us how the work gets done today. We ask questions. Nothing is sold on this call.

  2. Step 2

    You get a written summary

Within two business days, we send you a short summary of what we heard and where we think AI helps first. It is written so you can forward it as it is.

  3. Step 3

You decide, with a price in writing

If you want to go further, we quote the work in writing before anything starts. If you do not, the summary is still yours.

  4. Step 4

We build and train, or you take it from here

We can set up the first workflow and train your team. Or you take the plan to your own people. Either way, you own it.

Paste this into your memo

Need to explain this to your boss or your board?

Copy the paragraph below into your email. It has the parts people usually ask about.

I spoke with Edukas Solutions about using AI in our day-to-day work. They are a software company that builds and runs its own AI products, and they do this work for other businesses. They start with a free 30-minute call and a short written summary we can keep. If we go further, they talk to three to five of our people and look at how we actually work. Then they come back with a written plan: where AI would save us time, and where it would not. They also check whether AI assistants like ChatGPT can find us and describe us correctly, and they tell us whether this should run in the cloud or on our own equipment, and why. They do not build anything or change our systems at that stage. If we want, they will then build the first job and train our staff, with a person on our side approving anything the AI writes before it goes out. What they need from us: a few short staff chats, a walkthrough of the tools we use, and our rules on where company data may live. Cost and timing are quoted in writing before any work starts, and the first conversation is free.
