Your signed download arrives automatically by email within minutes, and that email states your delivery date. Your 30-day refund right and your 12-month update window both run from that date. To cancel and get a full refund, email support@edukassolutions.com within 30 days of your delivery date and we will refund the full amount to the original payment method, no reason required. Sold to organizations in the United States, for business use only.
