Annual, auto-renewing subscription — $6,000/year, per organisation. You will be charged $6,000/year today and again each year on your renewal date until you cancel. Your subscription is the commercial licence that lets your organisation run Heartwood Memory in one production deployment for as long as your term is paid; non-production use is free for everyone under the source-available licence. Renewal is at the price we publish then — there is no price lock, and we will email you at least 30 days ahead if it goes up. Cancel any time by emailing support@edukassolutions.com; cancelling stops future charges and your subscription runs to the end of the term you have paid for. Sold to organisations in the United States, for business use only.
